Admissions Online

Welcome to Hale Keiki School and thank you for your interest.

Please note, the Online Application is for NEW STUDENTS ONLY. Returning students must fill out an Online Enrollment packet through ParentsWeb.


Age Requirements

New students entering Hale Keiki School must meet the following age requirements.

  • Preschool: Three years old by September 30

  • Prekindergarten: Four years old by September 30

  • Kindergarten: Five years old by September 30

  • First Grade: Six years old by September 30

  • Second Grade:  Seven years old by September 30

  • Third Grade:  Eight years old by September 30

  • Fourth Grade:  Nine years old by September 30

  • Fifth Grade:  Ten years old by September 30

  • Sixth Grade: Eleven years old by September 30

Please be advised that incomplete applications will not be processed. Students will not be eligible to attend until all applicable forms have been signed and submitted.  Submitting an application does not hold a space for your child.  

 

How to Apply

Applying is easy using our Online Application. We encourage families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents a tool for tracking online the status of their admission after their application has been submitted. A non-refundable fee of $45 must be submitted with each application.
 
 

Create an Online Application

To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Then log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.
 
After submitting the application, you will be able to track online your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. There you will be able to print the completed application and monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms.
